Preaching is very important in the Lutheran Church, and is always done from the scriptures. Our weekly sermons posted here follow the lectionary and are informed by current events, goings on in the crazy life of our pastor, congregational events, societal trends, culinary movements, historical analysis of the Lutheran witness, Marblehead high school sports, deconstructing pop music, audience interactivity and the other surprising ways the Holy Spirit leads us in conversation.
